mr HED Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 the whole point of this challange was to get the guys in the northern hemisphere cycling in the cold, 500km in -5 is an achievement. 500km in 26 degree sunshine is average at best. so be a man and double the distance if you want it to be comparable to the poor blokes in the cold countries.

Leg breaker Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 504km all together. 150km +/_- MTB. Will check ascent, its probably a lot because it's all done in JHB... This place is one big hill. Sadly have to do another 110 tomorrow. Legs don't feel nice.
