I just got Strava after about it here. For those who may be interested, it looks as though I can run both Strava and Endomondo simultaneously on my Samsung Note 2

I've just got myself an Android; Samsung Galaxy S3.

It has a GPS on it, so will Strava use the GPS or will it just eat through my data? Can I turn off my data and just use the GPS, will that work?

I have the Galaxy Ace. Only use my GPS during the ride, upload info after ride is over.

So what happens when you flag a ride?

I got a message that the ride has been flagged as dangerous (or something to that affect) when I flagged it. The KOM forgot to stop his Garmin and went up a hill at 80kph.

Did you flag or someone else. I flagged a ride which looks ridiculous guy averaging on climbs around 40km/hr and max speed 95km/hr needless to say he had taken about 4 of my KOM's  with almost immediately i was gifted them back en he's ride was removed.

I got a third spot on the climb, but saw that the KOM went up the hill at 80kph, so I flagged the ride? Did I follow the right procedure?

If I go to teh segment page now, tehr eis no leaderboard, only this message: "This segment has been flagged as hazardous"

I think you most probably flagged the segment. What you should of done was to click on the current leaders ride, i think click the date, which should take you to he's/her's activity then onn the right hand side click "Flag ride" if i remember correctly they give you options to fill in the reason for flagging.

Would that not negate his whole ride.?

Shouldn't it? If he did the climb at 80km/h surely it affects his whole ride, but perhaps not his other segments... then dunno.
