I was told that the Evo is uncomfortable and you can feel every bump in the road? The salesman that told me that did have a floor full of Pinarellos though...

The tribe has spoken...

Evo gets the most cred (thus far)

You may want to add this one to your list

Swift Ultravox ... the Ti is the top of the range, see report below on the RS (one step down from the Ti).

Bought a Ti recently and have fallen in love with being on the road again smile.png

That definitely should not feature amongst that shopping list in the opening post!

My view - buy whichever looks best to you as they are all awesome bikes. All of them are good enough for the biggest tours/races in the world so are definitely good enough for any/every hubber... The opinions you get on here are going to be biased based on ownership/looks and/or a review someone read somewhere (when there are always many other reviews with completely different conclusions). Personally I love the look of the Pinarello, but too many fakes out there which puts me off completely so the Spesh would be my choice - the fact that they're established enough in SA to give backup service for the foreseeable future doesn't hurt either! Pity there are so many of them out there though...

The looks (pun)of the Looks are not to my taste. One has an Isp, which is a no-no imo, plus the kink in the top tube Looks funny. The other has a normal post but the sloping top tube&stem combo is not for me. Im sure they ride very well, though.

@ Mr Look! It will be the 2nd year in a row that the 695 will be the best looking bike in the pro pelaton!

What is the diff in price between the 695 and 675 frames?

I'll have a couple of demo bikes for 2013. Anyone interested in the PTA or JHB area are welcome to PM me and can then then join me on a out ride. You can then judge what they ride like yourself. thumbup1.gif

Jaco...you said it. clap.gif

The 675 should retail at around R30k (post included) and the 695 I pack for about R52k.
