Any one know how to remove a headset bolt that has not grip to losen it . The hole where I place the allen key in stripped and is round now so there is now way to remove with an allen key

Drill it out.

Other option is to take a drillbit slightly bigger than the hole and hammer it in.

Take a cordless drill with torque control and reverse mode to unscrew it.

Get hold of an easy out. It is designed to do the job. Your lbs will have an assortment of sizes for different size bolts.
