This is a bike one doesn't see every day.

 

First and only time I've ever seen one was back in '04 when a customer brought me one to tune up the day before Tour D'urban. It was a few weeks old and had barely done 100km.

 

The bike in question was equipped with Campy Record with Chamals. Naked carbon frame, I was drooling like an idiot the whole time.

It looked something like this, I'm fairly positive it was a built bike though as it had different spec groupo to the one pictured.

 

I was told at the time that the owner was the winner of the Nedbank Money Game show.

First time i heard the Name was at a World Cup Mtb race where they had a stand.

 

They had a 700gr mtb frame on demo and complete build at 8kg.

Only trouble is that I cannot imagine myself riding something like that......I suppose just like I cannot imagine myself washing caviar down with French Champagne while flying my private jet to Monaco to watch my Formula 1 team race.
