Duane_Bosch Posted March 29, 2017 Share Ok So who is doing the annual pilgrimage to the Alps this year? There's a 60% (And growing) chance that I'll be there the first week of July. Gonna take my trail bike and rent a roadie for 2 maybe 3 days. Peach.

Peach. Posted April 4, 2017 Share If only I had known zuma was going to be a turd again, I would have paid for everything upfront. All we can do is hope that the rand makes some recovery before then.

Robbow Posted May 11, 2017 Share Anybody have any experience/suggestions for a good campervan site in Verbier/Le Chable? Super keen to also try it out as the trails look epic, but can't seem to find anywhere for the camper that is close by. Can you park in the open areas there? i.e. near the lifts? or is it big fine country?

Morzine central carpark outside Carrefour becomes a campsite during summer but you gotta bum a shower or jump in the stream...and move for a day or two when the gendarmerie chase you out...then you go to the lower lift carpark at Chatel....join the vanzacs and ruff it out there for a bit...its doable, there should be plenty of official Camping parks in the area....Google is your friend....
