In my haste to buy Easton EA70 wheels from CWC, I , upon opening up the boxes realized that the front wheel did not have a QR. CWC informed me that it uses a Tru- Axle and that this combination will not work on my Rockshock but I can return the wheels. However, I do not fully comprehend the set-up. Is there some solution to the problem in the form of an adaptor ?

I don't think so. Even if there was I would not use it. I wouldn't fool around with the way my wheels were attached to my bike. I don't want my wheel to pass me at 40km/h going down a hill!

Most hubs are build with various adaptors in mind. Not really fooling around with the wheels. If Easton make 9mm QR adaptors, these will work perfectly.

I run my hopes with 15mm Thru and 9mm QR adapters, no issues there, its as quick as taking out the wheel, popping the plugs, beware the dust seal o-rings, they fragile.
