Knysna and Sedgefield rides - Dec

Spending some time in Sedgefield in Dec and was wondering if anyone can give advice on routes and trails in that area

Ill be riding mainly for fun (and prep for Argus)

- option to take one bike - do i take road bike or MTB?

- Any clubs down there that i can ride with?

Will do, i am not going to have my bike rack with so will need to try and find a way around (i will be based in Sedgefield)

There are many.

Harkervile has 4 different routes for differing skill levels

Petrus se brand

Mill wood

Couple around the Plett and Tsitsikamma area.

There is a good write up on the trails in the latest Tread magazine.

We are going for the long weekend so being doing a bit of research. The Harkerville red route rates in the top 3 trails in the country according to many people, trail builders, etc.

Spoilt for choice in that area.

I take my road bike and ride from the Wilderness, up the old george road and then up the Ou Teniqua pass.
