Hi Matt.

 

I've sent an reply to the email sent to me regarding payment.

 

I'm in deepest darkest Africa and can't make payment due to bank security etc. ip adres in Africa they think it's fraud etc etc.

 

Can I pay when I'm back? Please advise

I've resent the email to your profile email address.

 

You can also access the generated Invoice via the Client Area: https://www.bikehub.co.za/index.php?app=nexus&module=clients&section=invoices

 

On selecting to pay the invoice you can specify / confirm your shipping address and select a shipping option.

 

Once paid I'll send confirmation and details on t-shirt sizing.

Hi Matt can we get a bank account number other than Payfast please?

 

Credit card failed as it said I was registered already.

When selecting forgot password it said the email address does not exist.

Then tried selecting EFT.

Standard Bank – an error has occurred and Standard Bank payments are disabled.

Then tried FNB and received message to say my account is unactivated.

The kit has arrived!!

 

We'll start dispatching orders to all those who've made final payment first thing.

Hi cadenceblur,

 

We used Aramex's store-to-door service (drop boxes at various retailers) for those who opted for this shipping option. The parcels were dropped off yesterday after the 4:30 collection time unfortunately and will be scanned in (and trackable) once collected today.

 

You'll then be able to track via this tool and the waybill provided (this should reflect following pick-up this afternoon between 4-5pm): http://www.aramex.co.za/web_services/track_and_trace/

 

If you have any trouble just let me know and I'll follow up with them.

Would i get a mail if its posted (SAPO)

 

Yes, with a tracking number as well. All paid SAPO orders are off to the Post Office shortly and tracking numbers will follow this afternoon.
