I can second that, during my first visit to Mankele my 2-Crap failed right at the very top after the tower, just before you get off the jeep track and drop onto the single track. I think they must have heard me in Sabie .... I had the Dual Position Air fitted after that, no problems since then. Great fork otherwise, the models up to 2010 had issues with the damper leaking, the latest dampers are great. Awesome fork, changed my 575 completely, had a 140mm Revelation before. Well worth the R4k, but I would budget for getting rid of the 2 Step. It should be ok for the first couple of months at least ...
