fandacious Posted August 28, 2013 Share Sad, my plans for an epic GX Coupe build has been scuppered. No VIN plate on the chassis, and the Chassis # on the shock turret has also been tampered with. BIG RED warning signs for me.Asked the guy to get me Police Clearance on the vehicle before I will proceed with purchase. Train of thought is that he has to take it to SAPS for clearance, any problem with car, they can nab him there and then. He claims to have had the car resprayed, but there was tampering with Stamped Chassis # after the respray. Not kosher, so I'm walking away from this one.
