What I would like to know is what rims were you using at that weight ? I want those rims

I cracked a Scott frame. Then bought a bombproof bike- a 2012 Giant XTC 29er 0 with Giants P-XC2 rims. They didn't even go out of true. Really amazing bike that. It's the one with the aluminum shiny frame.

Sho bud, that is really impressive!!! Well done on getting your mind set right to achieve your goal!

I went from 109kg to 89kg. I still need to drop another 4-5kg though to get to my ideal weight for my lenght.

So, here's a question. Do all you losers also get asked, "Are you okay?"or "Have you been sick?"? And then the best one of all, "You look much older now!" I think they're just jealous!

Gerhard, you are a WINNING LOSER of note dude!

Have you had a body composition test done yet?? Would be interesting to see what your fat percentage is now, so that you know how much more is safe to lose.

I must do this test, I am also keen to see what body fat percentage is now, My goal weight is 90kg so it will be good to see if thats where I should stop.
