AndreZA Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 one thing worse : these oversize sunglasses verybody is wearing. i just hate it!Ditto that Zookster. Everyone wants to look like a fly!Mind you' date=' cyclists walking around in their biking glasses look just as gookey![/quote'] They have to wear them because they need to warrant spending 2k on them. Another idiotic move is wearing your specs clinging to your neck and sometimes even on the back of your neck. If the people wearing it like that were not 3 tims the size of me I would let them know they look boxes* *to be translated to Afrikaans
Cois Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 as does anyone wearing sunglasses when the sun is not out or they are indoors Okay I do some times indoors. But it is cause of the light bulbs that is so bright. And after a night of heavy drinking as well or after working a night shift or if my hands are full of stuff.Cois2008-02-12 01:59:27

Zoo Cookie Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Zoo' date=' you have no idea how blind i am... i need an experienced guide if i don't have my specs on[/quote'] do you wear contact when you cycle? i did not notice the other day.
Cois Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 "Stuff" ........ what kind of stuff? Bags, by bike or some other things that might be called smut.
fiasm Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Zoo' date=' you have no idea how blind i am... i need an experienced guide if i don't have my specs on[/quote'] I'm not sure which is worse..to not be able to see without specs or to not see things as they are with specs on?I have two sets-one for my longsightedness and another for driving (can't stand bi-focals). I was told I would not be able to walk around in the first pair. One day, I put them on my loungeroom to walk to where my computer is. Took one step and wack! into the coffee table. One very embarrassing bruise on my shin
slowpoke Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Zoo' date=' you have no idea how blind i am... i need an experienced guide if i don't have my specs on[/quote'] do you wear contact when you cycle? i did not notice the other day. i have Rudy's with inserts. can't use contacts at this stage - the "sill" (ridge formed by scar tissue from the cornea transplants) is still a bit too high so it pops the lenses out when i blink... long story... but at least i CAN see
fiasm Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Viskop, the 'livestrong' bracelet says it all!
Viskop Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Viskop' date=' the 'livestrong' bracelet says it all![/quote'] LOL!,jip
Cois Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Okay next you are gonna say that a cap turned to the back is also wrong. Just ask the hubbers at the MTB Nationals this weekend what I am talking about.
AndreZA Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Viskop' date=' the 'livestrong' bracelet says it all![/quote'] You also feel that way . You can say stuff like that because you're not gonna "bump" into the hubbers that do wear them and get hit in the face for your remark.
Stutz Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Buhwah hah hah!!!! This one's running for Pres!!
