This sounds like a terrible waste of, what was it, 200 Randelas.

Never mind the overall safety of the participants.

I'm just having a laugh. But seriously though, No goodie bag? That doesn't really matter does it? I 100% understand the rest of your complaints though. I really do. I agree, it sounds like it was a really badly organized race. But is a goodie bag the only reason you race?

Not at all, when you get to a well organised race there is usually a bag with all your race numbers etc etc. I rocked up and got a sheet of a4 paper with a number on it. Thats it. It rained off after 1 minute. Did not really mean goodie bag as in free stuff, just a sort of race pack you receive at well organised races. My Engels is nie so goed nie. Goodie bags aside, and even if I received one, this was stil the kakkest race of my life. And most dangerous. After all that, they did not even have a finish line. Never again. The problem apparantly was that Stb traffic dept showed up, but the provincial dept who covered the 75 and 110 did not.

Ek stem saam met julle.....dit was my eerste race...... but hell.... I would like to know how many people actually took part in the shorter race....and where I came? I kept my number visible to the end...so seriously...what was the actual problem with releasing the times????

 

 

 

I went to the (non exsisting) camera finish after the race and they were confident that they got it all on camera....then WTF is the delay? Release the pics...... I am sure we are capable of recognising ourselves?

You won't have a problem with this one. Between the Outriders and PPA, the organisation will be excellent.

I agree with the others. I've done this one a couple of times. Realy fun race and very well organized

the timing company is sifting through several gazillion images, manually, due to the numbers either having been washed off, or printed too small.

 

as results become available, we'll post, till such time, we'll return entrants' fees to them, as it is the only restitution a flopped event can offer.

 

please ask for your money back.
