...... this morning as we were passed by and left for a dead by a MTBr on a 26" (can you Adam and Eve it!) White Merida while we were rolling on amongst others a Pinarello Prince (the Prince of Spain version no less) and a Specialized Tarmac Pro with deep section carbon wheels was 'DEAR LORD LET HIM NOT BE A HUBBER' :whistling:

 

For those who may think I am just spinning a yarn there are pics available of the bikes in question .........

 

If you were that guy riding passed Rietvlei at about 7AM this morning hats off to you :thumbup:

It would not have been possible if there were obstacles....... Twentie naainers are supposed to roll easier over them

My first thought in the morning is to start the day with a "bang" not to worried about how many guys pass me....as it lots.

 

Getting my first road bike this week, super excited.

I spend most of my time on a mountain bike but there is nothing like going 'fast' on a road bike! You will enjoy it :thumbup:

Isn't big h too old to go fast?
