This works wonders for me

Ja that's what I use. Like others I also find it's worse when I don't exercise or work long hours (sitting in a chair)

Hi All

Restless legs torment me most nights... Slow mag offers some reprieve, but it has side effects for me such as tingling fingers the next day.

Does anyone have some advice for my sleep depriven tormented soul???

Please any advise would be appreciated!

Same issue... I then wake up and get on my spinning bike.... problem solved....lol

Slowmag worked... but over time

For what it's worth, i spoke to a client of mine the other day... just random chat and he mentioned that he sufferes from restless legs. I have no clue what it is and my knowledge on this stretches as far as hearing an advert on the radio endorsed by Zola Budd.

This dude mentioned to me that he drinks red pepper?? Yip, that is what he said, red pepper... says its sorts him out for a long while but then needs to drink it again after a few weeks or so.

How that would taste... sho

So I've heard some advice while listening to RSG (Radio Sonder Grense). It seems that a lot of older people suffer from restless legs. So someone on the show suggested that you should sleep with a potato in the bed when suffering from restless legs.

Week after week people phoned to thank them for this tip and said it works wonders.

It is probably worth a try.

I would keep it on the down-low as it would probably get some weird looks from most people though.

I am terrible. We have CalMag in the house which BP uses regularly and we put in my daughters bottle as she gets growing pains. I just have to remember to take it as I suffer with RLS. Something else I tried for a while was Iron tablets.. Cant rememeber if it helped or not... or if I was taking it for my memory...

I suffer from RLS very bad... Simple solution... DISPRIN.

I'm NOT joking. Simple easy solution.

Peter Pan...

cant take disprin due to the blood thinning. I some times get nose bleeds and it will bleed for over 10min if on disprin.

+ people that have asthma should not take disprin so it wont be a remedy for all.

Hi guys

Restless leggs, insomnia, low libido, regular nose bleeding and asthma are all related to over stressed cells, hormone imbalances and insufficient energy or broken metabolism. Those that are really interested in helping their own health should take the time and read the articles by Ray Peat PhD. I promise you, you will learn a lot. I will try to find where he specifically mentioned restless legs and post it here, but his articles have a ton of very valuable physiological facts that he gives for free and is the result of 50 years of research and practice.

Just one warning though, you have to have time to read properly as his writing style is very scientifically minded sometimes and is probably not for everyone to understand.
