I wanted to but the last time I swam was in PE  . Also I have run more than 50km's this week already so I am really tired.

Well that 12 minute gap was probably due to the bunch... OFM is all about staying in a bunch and hoping there are a few brave workhorses infront...

Did you enter for vets or open seeded Garf.

That way I know to make you work.

I saw you enjoyed the intervals on Tuesday, I feel they will make you leaner not heavier.

Wowzer!

Crash of epic proportions by the sounds of it.

Naah at 90 kilos (last water point on the highway) the medic tunes me you don't look lekker. So he pulls out something do a quick test ne drags me off to the ER. The do a full blood test and says hello we are admitting you nest thing I see i'm in ICU with a high blood enzyme count. Apparently they were fearing a heart attack. 3 days and a **** load of tests later i'm back home

I've been keeping my swimming fairly up to par, doing 2-3 sessions a week with the avg at about 2km per session. Running, whats that? I'm averaging about 20km per week with my longest run being 16km at present. Bike is ok but have been doing mainly mtb rides since IMSA but some good distance.

Mmmm...we will have to see how things go but I am keen to join a group if I can keep up.
