I have been training diligently for the last few months in preparation for Sani2C - building up to an average of 12 hours a week.

 

I have really improved in strength and fitness, but this morning I walked up one flight of stairs and found myself completely out of breath with sore/tired legs.

 

Should I be concerned?  Have any of you experienced this before?  Am I feeling anxious over nothing?

ND, I had the same a while ago. Take the weekend off!!!!  Sleep in, go out with the love of your life.  Slaap voor die TV, NO TRAINING!!!!  Do this for Sat, Sun and Monday.  You'll feel the difference!

I will heed these words of wisdom..... a sleep-in does sound REALLY good,  come to think of it so does a big fat greasy breakfast.  Hell, maybe I'll even drink Mojitos AT breakfast Wink
