sorry OT : dont you guys find it irritating when you are out training on your own and some dumbass comes and sit in your slip and refuses to pass...grr happens almost every saturday and sunday....very frustrating

Ya, but thats what brakes were invented for... also, stop pedaling and stand as if you're stretching out or 'accidentaly' drop your water bottle.

Then when you hear the offending wheel sucker squeal like a pig, innocently say "oh sorry, I didn't realise, you're quite quick hey"

If you get an annoying tic, who doesn't say hi and ask if he can slipstream you, and wont go away, just start spitting, stretching, slowing down, blowing your nose, farting and whatever else comes to mind. he'll soon get the message...Big%20smile

my fav for those who pass me without saying hello on downhills (especially out on the rhino park ride when waiting for my training partner) is to whizz past them on the next uphill with a nice loud "GOOD Morning!" and then not think about it again.

I must admit that I am NOT a morning person, but I still give a wave to cyclists passing by or a "Hi" when they pass me.  Most of the time I avoid people in the morning, so I go off-road.
