OK, that bank account exists and is legit, but is pretty quiet. No major movement on it recently. FNB have flagged it as possibly involved in fraud. But it's an FNB SA account so, I will get to string Mr Samuels along a bit still...

I must have impressed Alfred, I only have to pay a %50 deposit!!

The Management resolved that you should a %50 half payment first to our below business Account and the %50 half payment you will make now via cash on deposit is R38,900 :

No he is bringing management into this!

Edit: so a you "should a 50% half payment"

So thats 25%?

"Management" da-dum, the drum rolls and in walks Alfred wearing another hat...

Anyway, if it's any consolation to Latent, Nedbank are being seriously slow on responding to my suspected fraud report concerning Alfred's attempt to scam Mr Gofak Yousuf. Reported on 22Nov and all they can tell me is "We are looking into it" FNB was on the ball though.

Anybody else notice that the Blue Seal and Viennas disappeared ? ;)

As I understand it there is no division between SA and NAM banks, we used to have Volkskas accounts and the namibian equivalent was Bank Windhoek (now think they have a reciprocity with ABSA) and there was never any issue between the two, keep that in mind.

FNB Namibia is an entirely separate entity from FNB SA, which plays right into my hands in this game. Alfred will have to provide an FNB Nam account.....but it's all academic anyway because I already know what the lady at FNB Kalkrand is going to say when I go there tomorrow morning...:)

Think you are going to have to drive 75km to Mariental to get to an FNB

I'll be driving through Mariental on my way to the Dash in a few day's time, but somehow I like the idea of him looking for Kalkrand on a map.

Please help me build a profile for Ed Zachary, so far he has a yacht at the Nerckartal Marina (the dam hasn't even been built yet) and a business in the industrial area of Kalkrand. There needs to be a third leg to his empire. Suggestions please.

His passion for supplying double ply toilet paper to underprivileged children across the continent. To that end have him seeking investors for a startup called The Bog Roll. Try and get Euduardo to invest.

He said something about hydrographic surveys for the alluvial diamond mining process on the coastal region? Cant be sure, I wasn't really listening.

Well his brother-in-law could be down at his house in Bowtie Drive in Plett next week and could pick the bike up and pay the rest of the money in person... Just to avoid having to deal with VAT and the likes. Could Alfred please provide directions to his office / shop / toilet cubicle?

Note Bowtie Dr is around the corner from Salmack Rd.

When a certain Mr Gofak Yousuf offered to collect the bike, he was most emphatic that they only did online business and he immediately offered free delivery. To Beaufort West nogal.
