GThe gate/fence you're referring to was closed at 13:30. The main prize giving started at 12:00 and I sent a few marshals from the start/finish line to assist with handing out the random draw prizes at about 12:30. They crossed the road and walked through the opening in the fence. The race officially closd at 13:00, but 5 cyclists crossed the line between13:00 and 13:30 and we're ushered to the medal table.

I honestly don't know what the H&S policy (for Carnival City) states, but this WILL be addressed and answered in due course. If nothing is found, look for unnamed photos.Click on more photos and select the maximum per page (50).Click on start and use the slider to select the 30 minute interval closest to your start time. Once you find your photo click on the button "that's me"
