Training rides stellenbosch (STOPPED)

Will be doing rides every day from stellenbosch. +-80 to 100 km per day. Let me know if anyone wants to join.

backup car will only be some days. 06.00 @ the caltex cnr of bird and merriman.

Unfortunately I wont be able to join, plan to get mid Jan back on focused bike training to prep for Argus.

Just in maintenance mode for upcoming holidays.

 

If I'm not mistaken, I think you are a fast rider so what is your planned average speed on the training rides? 30 ?

Depending on the day and group 25-30kph. When you come back you can join.

Will be doing a mix. Sometimes we will go out to rooiels or depending on the wind go to paarl. I'm just trying to keep the legs going. We want to go to Durbanville one morning and do the Vissershok and malans just for the miles.
