I really enjoyed this route. Some 'different' terrain, open roads, a bit through the suburbs, last year we had to stop for cows in the road on the one hill. Good fun.

Edenvale Classic is a great ride... , much better than riding the South

And just what do you base this statement on ?

Edit: Road past the blockhouse was recently resurfaced and in good condition. Saw a rather well known member of Team Sky using it just yesterday.

I don't think the organizers of either race wants it turned into a who's best contest. I'm entering both.
