feetup Posted January 14, 2014 Share I only ride with one bottle(i do not like to clutter my ride) so i put my drinking powder in a balloon and tie it tight and cut the end off. I then slip it into my water bottle with juice already mixed. At a watering table i open it up and refill my bottle and off i go. HairyLegs Posted January 14, 2014 Share If you have knee pain, you can use a condom. I've heard that some grannies say that it does wonders.

I put my powder into a small ziplock bag and pour it into a water bottle when needed. Not sure what difference a balloon makes :-) Edited January 14, 2014 by ibruegge

Cassie Posted January 15, 2014 Share I've just learned that you can use your Quick Release skewer as a tyre lever...thus you do not have to carry more than one with you...
