Hope to be there again this year. Aiming for a 4:15 as I did a 4:31 last year on a soft tail. Lets hope all goes well for everyone. I ride witha Smurfy om my helmet. (Its so that My wife can see me ).
AR88 Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 Well you still have three months to train, slowly by 10% per week, increase the distance of your long rides en do hill repeats at least once a week. And why don't you join one of the regular weekly rides in the Durbanville area. You will have the support and advice of the more experienced riders and it will be a way to measure your fitness and progress. Thanks! I dont even know about the group rides in Durbanville...
