Narra, the best for those carpet burns sorry I mean roasties.... is to get those 2nd skin plasters. They keep the wounds moist which is very important and clean.

Cat-astrophic! Hope the discomfort is as brief as possible. As you probably know, don't let the roasties dry out. Keep them moist and covered. You'll be back to normal in a week. I use a mixture of Vaseline and Betadine. Works wonders.

Life buddy, life is happening to me. It caught up to me and I have been forced to come to the realisation that I'm never going to make it as a Pro and I might as well get a real job!

Hehehe, my cycling will be limited to cameo appearances here and there... Was off to a client, trying to beat the traffic into town. So now that I'm here just passing time till a 8am meeting.
