Echo that

It was huge humor....had to pull the plug after my tjom had a lie down...shifters fubar, bars also toast...he was ok, but we managed to ride all the SP's between practise and race day which was our goal.

Favourite was deffos SP1, SP3 and 4 coming close second.

When is the next one?

HAKAHANA 20015 ENDURO CHAMPS is on 28/29th November. We are expecting over 150 riders which will make it the biggest Enduro event in SA.  We want to do something different so herewith some suggestions we would appreciate feedback on...

In short, we believe we need a 6-stage race. This to cater for the upper end of the field, but we also want to keep it fun for everyone. So our proposal is:

1. Run 3 stages early morning and 3 late afternoon on the same day (to avoid the heat), or

2. Run 3 stages on Saturday and 3 stages on Sunday early mornings. The benefit of this is that we could be done by lunch on Sunday and Saturday would be more chilled post-ride, with live music, local brew, and even a night ride if guys are keen.

Option 1 allows for traditional practice day on saturday.

Option 2 - We suggest opening the trails the weekend before and having no practice on Race weekend, unless guys want to go up after the first race, or come out on Friday. (This specifically for out-of-towners who haven't ridden here before).

Kind of makes the Stages 'blind-ish"... :whistling:

If the routes will be different to the previous round, I vote for option 1. It's only 1 stage more than usual and allows for a decent practice session on Saturday.

Alternatively, run a practice session on Saturday morning, and then the first 3 stages Saturday afternoon. Finish off with final 3 stages on Sunday morning.
