What do you believe is the best time that you could do on the-swim-bike-run After the event i will pay R100 extra for each discipline that you beat your best target time, If you beat your best target time in all three, i will add an extra R200 to get it to an extra R500. (you will need to pm me to remind me to make the payment if this happens) - this is obviously is made in good faith that you are not just going to give a target time that you KNOW you are going to beat - it is intended to be a challenge for you.
