Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted March 28, 2014 Share SO, Murphy's Law... I received an e-mail with an apology, also stating that item has been shipped, I enquired WHEN, no response. When enquiring with Postal Services using the tracking number,I was told it was not on the system, advised seller of this as well, I await a response. WRT most of the tracking numbers - they generally do a bulk upload of tracking numbers that were issued on the day, at the end of the day / overnight. I've seen this myself - had a bona fide tracking number that had been issued that day, but wasn't on the site. It basically links to the first scan, IIRC - like when it hits the depot or something. So if the package was only collected this morning, chances are it hasn't yet been uploaded to their systems. Check again tomorrow... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

shaper Posted March 28, 2014 Share hmmm...... does sound a bit strange as I know a few who have done business with X factor and has generally been good service. 5 days after deal is done and you do not have confirmed postage, then I think you have the right to name and shame Hope things do come right.!
