I see there is quite a debate around ErgoFIT and BG Fit? So which one should I do? BG Fit for me but I think it is also personal preference. You will have to read up and see what technic you feel makes most sense for you. I like BG Fit as it is directly related to your personal flexibility and ability. But I'm no expert. My wife did Ergo first and also ended up doing BG now recently. I must also say I think the person doing the fit is maybe even more important. And in my opinion Irma is the way to go. Bike fit is a must you won't be sorry
