how was the setup session?

Session was good, thanks! I did a 30km ride this evening and can feel the difference especially in my pedal stroke. My cleat setup was totally wrong and seat moved almost 2cm back. She did suggest to get a bigger (143cm) seat as my current Fizik is to small.

 

But all in all, I'm glad I did it. Will do a proper ride this weekend.

So the fit went very well. Irma has been an absolute revelation! So informative and thorough. A lot of info to take in and she cleared up many misconceptions that I had. I feel more comfortable on the bike and feel like the pedal stroke is smoother. My only regret is that I delayed a proper bike fit for so long. 

 

Already referred a friend as well and he is still raving about the experience.
