Meat is very nutritional and not only for the life needed protein and fat. I guess the answer lies in what works for you. Â If you're insulin resistant/carb intolerant/pre-diabetic (or whatever you like to call it), or diabetic for that matter, you need to limit/reduce insulin secretion and the only real way to do that, is to control your CHO-intake.
