Cois Posted September 6, 2006 Share Ek het 'n probleem met my SHIMANO BB. Na so 80 km kom die cup (die plastiek ding wat alles moet vashou) los en dan kreun en kraak die ding. linnega Posted September 6, 2006 Share Get a different BB, and crankset... Otherwise, tighten to the maximum recommended torque using a torque wrench. For the BB that is usually f'ing tight.
