Hi Ulfa, yes - I think Sean is Sliick.

 

There is also a hubber called MONS who also does skills training for females now I think.

Ironically now its her full time job she is never on The Hub anymore!! Im sure if you PM her she will reply though.

 

Although I think Sliick is based in the correct area for you.

we did a very easy ride yesterday as one mate is easing back into it after being off the bike for about 5 months... i wiped spectacularly but while it wasn't technically hard managed to crank up the gears and give the legs a workout!!! was good.
