Should we help him out and post the club name so he can contact them? At least they can then state their side of the story.

These topics are so tiring, it is not just cyclists that do things wrong........ this morning in a 14km commute I noticed the following (NOT THAT IS CONDONE THE BEHAVIOR of the cyclist)

1. Women driving with he dog on her lap/arm

2. Guy doing a crossword in his car

3. Women having breakfast, with a bowel and spoon nogal

4. Person reading the newspaper.

And that excludes the cellphone users, stop street skippers and Solid line overtaking.....

The difference is we are able to do something about it via this forum, barring stopping your vehicle and telling the person to stop what they are doing and concentrate on driving, there is no forum that will get to that person. We do however have a Traffic Dept who should be doing just that, but don't get me started on motorists, this is not about them, it is about us who ride bicycles, for whatever reason.

I once saw a pedestrian (for lack of a more accurate description, because she was on all fours) having an enema on the edge of the N2. Scouts honour. My eyes went    and if it wasn't for my wife seeing exactly the same thing, I would have thought it was some kind of hallucination.

Sorry for hijack

eelvio, your'e farting against thunder here.

Most cyclist's (people on this forum) like to bitch and moan when they feel there lives was endangered by a motorist, calling for the motorist's blood / awareness campaigns, etc.

The moment another cyclist highligths the poor behavior of other cyclists, the OP all of the sudden becomes the enemy and open to attack and ridicule.

DOUBLE STANDARDS MUCH??

Thank you for bringing this under the attention of us (motorist's most of the time.)

I have this theory. There is a hidden microswitch in the chamois of cycling pants, linked to another one in the helmet. The moment a cyclist dons his attire, put his helmet on and sits on the saddle, the microswitch in the chamois triggers the one in the helmet, that then switches off the brain.

Does not matter who or what the cyclist is, a Medical Docter, Advocate, MD of Multinational Company, Joe Soap, etc.
