rotorbug Posted June 1, 2014 Share I spoke to a trauma doctor during my day to day travels around the Eastern Cape hospitals. He did not recommend a cortisone injection into the tendon. It will help but can lead to imbrittlement of the tendon later in life. He speaks from experience as his brother had this happen. He said either take cortisone orally or via an injection in the butt! Lots of rest too and a brace to spread the load during day to day movements. The reason we struggle to get rid of the tennis elbow is it is difficult to rest your right hand as we use it for so many things on a daily basis. http://well.blogs.ny...ype=blogs&_r=1 Edited June 2, 2014 by rotorbug
