BDF Posted May 26, 2014 Share Get this, www.penetrex.com . Rub it on your arm often. Rest your arm (no Gym, Jim, MMA, Wrestling, Crossfit, Boxing etc). It will take a few weeks but this stuff helped me a lot. Edited May 26, 2014 by BDF
Grebel Posted May 26, 2014 Share I feel your pain. You have three options... Surgery, Cortisone and rest. I had the injections. The thing that you need to remember though is that after the injection, you feel great but the damage is still there... THAT'S when you need to rest it. So far so good for me. You need to be careful though. I still get a twinge every now and again if I over do it. I tried a few lotions and potions as well without much luck. Mate of mine swears by Comfrey leaves.\Good luck!
