Any home made stands to hang your bike on whilst giving it a general check over like in your first pick?

Hi Guys

So yet another extremely busy week has ALMOST ended  .

Just a quick update

My customer base has slowly been expanding from one bike per week to almost 4 bikes per week. Given that i have only been posting on the hub and BC Cycles have been running for about a month or so. I am over the moon.

I've been keeping customer in the loop about costs and repair like i promised. Further more giving a lot of myself in doing small things on the bike that you would not maybe notice from the get go. Its things that i don't charge for but shows attention to detail and can save you the customer a couple of bucks.

Things will pick up and trust is hard to earn but being open and honest is key.

Being a racer myself i would not push to do a modification on a bike without trying it myself in the real world or know of someone whom has tried it that i can phone for advice. The hub is a source of knowledge and advice is always free but sometimes you have to take it with a bit of salt as well.

My name means everything to me and i'll do my best to keep bikes from coming back. Its just the way it works.

If you have any questions about me or my services, Pm me, pop a mail a phone call or just make a turn. Love to chat and mess about with everything bikes

If i don't have the answers, We will make a plan to get it

Cheers guys and thanks again for all you support. Really means the world

Seems like the business is slowing but surely growing and adding the personal attention to detail , being honest and upfront are all keys to the success of your business.

Your customer base will undoubtely grow in the next few weeks with word of mouth advertsing from satisfied clients.

Keep up the good work.

Ok,

So here's my personal feedback!

From having some bad experiences with LBS's, you've changed my mind on service! You really did go over and above than what was expected! I dont think my bike felt this good even when it was new! :w00t: You're expertise is top class!!

You stuck to your word! Well done!

Onwards and upwards BC Cycles!

Picked up my bike this morning, I swear it looks like he replaced the frame as part of the service.

He made a couple of little improvements that weren't asked for or charged but do make a difference (a bit of tape here, a nifty way of keeping the cable from the dropper post from rubbing).

Had a good chat about bikes, trails, etc. Even got a free show from the woman in the flat across the road  (She must have known we where there).
