I chose the collect rather than deliver option Ordered item at 9am got call at 12pm saying i can pick it up. No need for ME to keep trying to get their attention with emails and calls, unlike the other online store.

Have always had great dealings with them .Have to say, dont get why peeps hate on the Lab, not a member of the club but have bought a bunch of stuff from them, always had great service from workshop, staff always attentive and polite, range of product is awesome, they always doing stuff to promote cycling. They looking to improve their online offerings. Whats not to like?Kudos to them i say.
