Ask your LBS, they should have half a million lying around. Those washers aren't just there to raise the caliper, they also sort out the alignment, that's why they're so oddly shaped. Either that or someone just thought the shape is cool.

In the picture the little conical washer has a small plain flat washer on top and this is the one I'm referring too.
