Besides we all get smoked all the time by Dave and the other pro's. I think watching heart rates etc. is also worthwhile. C'mon do it. Nothing to hide. Just pride that you did it.
BicyclePower Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 thanks for the ride today guys, i hope it was a little easier than the past couple of weeks. the route was really nice, those short little hills were enough to be challenging but short enough to keep the big gear rolling. a good sweet spot ride for me. now to save up for tomorrows mad race!!!

Won't be joining this week's racing unfortunately. Oh - BTW - I'm 34, 191cm and weigh anything from 87kg upwards depending on the scale. . The gym's scale seems to need some calibration....

TALUS Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 Because I am such a dedicated athlete I have decided to have a 440ml Castle Lite rather than a quart (but maybe I will have two). Go on have one - you know you want to! Lets call it a S/S race (I used nearly only one anyway).
