yes that's what a couple of the reviews were complaining about was that spacer underneath the head tube at the bottom of the headset, some saying it looks unsightly and what would happen if it was removed.

EDIT: Oh, this one... EDIT EDIT: But this is on the Stumpy, couldn't see one on the Enduro.

That's on the stumpy. No reports of it on the enduro as far as I can see...

My bad I meant the Stumpy.

Ma se hare, Thats expensive, I honestly would not even bother with that fork at that price.

HAHHAA!!! Yeah, told you so! Now you know why I don't give one toss that it's on the Spaz and not the Giant. I mean, for that price you could get a Pike AND a SID and still have cash left over, 'cos you'd have to rebuild your wheel across due to the proprietary hub design.

So yeah. When I see RS1, I go pffffft. But I also admire the design aesthetic.

100 percent agree. We dont even know if it reliable or even better than the SID. Time will tell.

Back to the 2015 S-works, I think that rs1 might actually make people not want the s works, and then buy the world cup or cheaper versions, or even another brand completely. If I had the money and wanted the s works Epic, I wouldnt want to be the guinea pig to test that fork. I would buy a world cup or even go to the Camber range. My opinion.

My thought exactly, bought one of the last 2014 S-Works Epic's I could find (and got a nice discount), will rather upgrade in a couple of years after RS1 proofed itself.
