I didn't see the "Princesses" interview, but I got the same version from two sources. Yeah, there was a crash, but with about 3km to go she was WAY off the pace, sitting like in 50th position, I don't think the crash had anything to do with that. And she apparently also blamed her wrist? The one that was broken more than a year ago and by now healed? Just say that you were beaten by a better rider. If I remember correctly she also had a big fall towards the end of last year at an MTB race that put her out for a while. LittleBen helped there and it was not pleasant! Grapkas2 Posted March 10, 2008 Share I have started riding on the road again after braking my collarbone and shoulder 5 weeks ago and i have to say CRASHING AGAIN after a accident like this is really not good. If someone chances a ride where there is a good possibility of a fall and the bone is still not 100% set and healed - well, you deserve what you get. Marius Posted March 10, 2008 Share I spoke to her after she came in la la la la, she seemed fine, remember, she's know as "Yster" for a reason. Only after chatting to her for a few minutes I saw she had a few skraps on her arm and leg, when I inquired she just said she had a fall but made no big deal of it, I think she'll be fine.
