You know exactly what geometry you want - maybe you should just put pen to paper, design it and have a custom bike builder build it for you?

 

To get a dual made costs $$$. Plenty of $$$. Was quoted R13k for a steel hardtail. And just as I knew EXACTLY what (I think) I want I went for a ride on my HDR...

lets start leaning this toward the Vipa side.....100 at back, 120 up front.

Saw that. What got me most excited was the longer top tube & reach as well as slacker (for a 100mm XC bike) head angle. They're doing it right!

 

1.9kg frame weight. :eek:

That is a super HOT bike right there!! Totally Yeti bias but damn that looks good! Hope they bring a ASR5 that 120mm at the back would just be so much more.

So they made the decision for you.

Head angle is good and they've given you the longer TT you have been wanting.

Plus it will just mean a frameset as oppsed to a complete bike. CHEAP!!
