I've turned this off for your account so you should only receive email alerts where you specifically request to by clicking the follow button on that thread. The notification options are available here: https://www.bikehub.co.za/index.php?app=core&module=usercp&tab=core&area=notifications Which option did you select? If there is an issue or inconsistency I'd like to correct it.

Unfortunately IE11 does have a few known issues with the editor plugin the forum uses. You may need to clear your browser cache in order to get quote-reply working after the fix. I tried a few times to not receive notifications in the "content I follow" section, but it doesn't seem to work.
