Ratty Posted November 18, 2014 Share WHAT!? No - there aren't, as far as I know. He's 2 years 5 months old at the moment... That would be AWESOME. But now that my bike is back in commission, I'm going to be taking him to the lower tokai region, and also see if he can handle the Pump Track we have down here. You must take him to Bloemendal and let him ride the track there. Its a little loop of singletrack in the forest, really awesome for the kids! No big bikes allowed. RocknRolla Posted November 18, 2014 Share https://vimeo.com/112155003 Seeing that this developed into BMX, my oldest at the local track. seeing the progression from nothing to this in less than a year is amazing. This was taken at the new line at our local track. jump was made specifically to progress from rolling the double, to jumping it. the lenght of the double is about 4-5 m
Mntboy Posted November 19, 2014 Share No, not at tokai... The Sun Valley one. Nixon / Inigo's baby. That's a massively fun ride that pump track. Rolls so smooth and fast.

Ramrod Posted June 9, 2015 Share So my kid started BMX on sunday at only 5 years old. Trying to get him setup properly on a bike with descent kit is a nightmare. Not as simple as MTB or even road bikes for that matter!
the nerd Posted June 9, 2015 Share So my kid started BMX on sunday at only 5 years old. Trying to get him setup properly on a bike with descent kit is a nightmare. Not as simple as MTB or even road bikes for that matter! I will see if i can get the details from a mate of mine, he was into it as a kid and there are a handful of places here that do it. Pikey Posted June 9, 2015 Share And I thought my nipper had some keen balance at only 3 1/2 yrs old. 1st wkd in May we tried him on his old crappy bike and was gobsmacked that he could immediately ride with out any training wheels. So the next day we took of the training wheels of his proper bike and again of he went. So same day we got cocky and put him on his sisters 20inch and again straight away off he rode, only problem was he rides it so fast i can't keep up with him . Sorry bout bragging, but am well chuffed. His sister was 6 until she could ride with out training wheels. Although he has had a balance bike since he was 18months.Maybe they actually do work. But 1st attempt? Only problem he looses interest very quickly. https://vimeo.com/130230524 https://vimeo.com/130230292 https://vimeo.com/130229818
