Having paid R450 for the last ones I bought they going up to R850 at the LBS now! I see Rush Sports had them for R506 but no stock. The prices on tires are just so crazy these days, then they don't even last long. Otherwise any other "cheap" tires out there that can live up to the Nobby Nic? Please don't turn this into the great tire debate!

MarcBurger Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 A few places do a price match (cyclelab for 1), which I have found very helpful when it comes to things like tires where the price jumps significantly from place to place. So, regardless of stock availability, just get them matched elsewhere.

nonky Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 Could try one of the Spez tyres (Ground Control, Fast Track etc) for about ZAR450ea from any spez shop...That may not be 100% the same but at half the price, they're worth taking a look at..
