Ry jy Sat en Son?True, I'm just not that good at climbing, almost lost the bunch (what was left of it) here last year. You were still standing next to the road with a moonboot/cast if I remember correctly. Ja, maar gaan moet rustig wees. Gewoonlik is ek al goed aan die gang met Ironman oefening die tyd van die jaar maar gee dit 'n mis volgende jaar so is agter met die fiksheid en afstand. Laaste 2 weke ook niks gedoen nie, maar behoort ok te wees solank ek nie te hard probeer gaan nie. Neem aan jy ry ook beide?

Sal lekker wees om te join (as ek kan bybly) - afhangende van hoe hulle ons gaan seed...
