I think he has done just fine as far as support goes.

I think he has done just fine as far as support goes.Maybe said that wrong. Meant in most of the last few stages he had little support being protected by them. He was mostly battling alone. Valverde fought his own battle in this stage. No one from his team was protecting quin as they couldn't keep with him especially in last 80 kms. He waited his chance to attack as he mentioned he will do.
