Heading down to JBay this December with the fam, just want to find out what the latest is on the riding scene down there? Looking at doing a beach ride or two and a few early-morning trail rides if possible.

I will be in Jeffreys bay from 24 Dec to 4 Jan. 

 

I will be slap bang in the middle of my training for Tankwa Trek. I normally ride the 3 rivers trails when I am there over December. Trails there are great. have a look at the Grand Holstein and Black Porcupine.

Tim's trails outside St Francis bay is a very worthwhile and fairly technical ride.

While we're doing this; what cool trails are there closer to PE?

As above stated by @thiart , 3 rivers trails is on outskirts of PE and has a wide variety of great trails and a restaurant and last I heard they were also building showers etc.
